we have the same issues
One of the aspect of my business that I take great pride is covering the shipping fees for my customers. Whether you live in the GTA, BC, SK, all across Canada Le new Gentleman will pay the fees. One of the issues I faced recently is my usual supplier used a mediocre postal carrier not to name him ‘‘ USPS’’ and instead of receiving my shipment in the usual 3-5 business days, it took 2 long weeks. These past two weeks have been unbeareable. Fortunately, for me I only had to deal with 4 clients that were inquiring about their orders. In retail business, e-commerce these things can happen and I feel like the customers don’t really understand that us as sellers we have to deal with these inconvenience sometimes. Patience should be required also on the customer side. It causes a lot of stress because on one side you got angry customers that just don’t understand, your parcel has passed through customs twice and you have no idea, you do follow ups everyday but you don’t have enough answers.. It’s very stressful and we have the same issues.
