Loyalty
Loyalty from customers in business is key and we’re grateful for that. It’s a warm feeling to get such recognition. This is really important for me so when I feel disloyalty from people next to me, I disconnect. I did business with a customer who is a barber as a profession. He needed minoxidil but also other products that a barber need such as straight razor edge, hair brush, etc. I even deliver to his location because he was one of my first customer that always required my services. He contacted me for minoxidil and at the moment I didn’t have any. I was going to have my supply the following week. He told that it was ok, he could wait. Little did I know, when I contacted him, he bought from the competition. I was disappointed because I went above and beyond for this customer and he couldn’t wait a week. In business terms he was a disloyal customer that prioritize his need instead of a long lasting relationship. Two weeks later he asked me for minoxidil and I never respond. Loyalty is important for me.
